📦 Ships in 1–2 business days. Flat-rate shipping: $5 — no surprises at checkout.

This transplant recipient car decal reads “Death smiles at everyone — transplant recipients smile back,” a bold, upbeat message for organ recipients. It is die-cut vinyl with no background, so only the design shows on your surface.

Color & placement tips

Choose a two-tone Green & Black or Green & White version, or a single solid color. Larger sizes suit a spare tire cover, tailgate or door; smaller sizes fit a window. White shows best on tinted glass.
