❖ Order Processing Time

Each vinyl decal is made to order, ensuring your design is freshly cut and inspected before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

❖ Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

(Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.)

❖ Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders over $50 may qualify for free standard shipping (if applicable).

❖ Packaging

All decals are shipped in flat rigid mailers or protective tubes to prevent bending or damage during transit. We care about presentation and protection equally — your order will arrive ready to apply.

❖ Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress. If tracking doesn’t update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan it into their system.

❖ Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, delays may occur that are outside our control.
