Kidney Donor Needed Car Window Decal – Share Your Spare Custom Sign

📦 Ships in 1–2 business days. Flat-rate shipping: $5 — no surprises at checkout.

This kidney donor needed car window decal uses the “Share Your Spare” message to help you search for a living donor. It's personalized with your blood type and your preferred contact (phone or email), so potential donors can reach you quickly.

Personalize Your Decal

Type your blood type and the contact info you want on the decal in the box above the Add to Cart button. We'll send you a proof to approve before we start cutting. A rear window gives the most visibility; white is the most readable on tinted glass.

📱 Adding a QR code? Choose "Add QR code (+$10)" when you order. The QR code is an add-on and is only available with the purchase of a decal. After checkout, email usavinyls1@gmail.com with your order number and your own QR code image. We'll include it on your proof for approval.

Already purchased your decal? You can add a QR code any time with our QR Code Decal Add-On (6 × 6, 9 × 9 or 12 × 12 in).
