We’re excited to get your vinyl decals safely from our studio to your doorstep! Please take a moment to review our shipping details, timeframes, and policies below.

❖ Order Processing Time

Each vinyl decal is made to order, ensuring your design is freshly cut and inspected before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

❖ Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

(Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.)

❖ Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

❖ Packaging

All decals are shipped in flat rigid mailers or protective tubes to prevent bending or damage during transit. We care about presentation and protection equally — your order will arrive ready to apply.

❖ Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress. If tracking doesn’t update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan it into their system.

❖ Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, delays may occur that are outside our control.
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at usavinyls1@gmail.com so we can help investigate or file a claim with the carrier.

❖ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
